Mr. Suresh R. Lotlikar, our Managing Director, is MA in Eco. & Pol Sc. from Mumbai University and Post Graduate in Human Resources from Kolkata University. He has over 35 years experience in HR & IR. He began his career as Labour Inspector, Government of Goa, followed by engagements in MNC’s in Mumbai and then as Personal Manager, Sesa Goa Limited, Panaji. Mr. Lotlikar is a Lifetime member of National Institute of Personnel Management.
Mr. Ajinkya S. Lotlikar, Director HR & Legal, is an Hons in LLB with PGDBM from Goa University and PGDM from Goa Institute of Management. He has handled the role of HR in MNC and also practiced Law as an advocate before joining Globus Management.
